Directions
Slide leg into knee support with the bottom of the "V" pointing down.
Fit the U-shape structure below so that it can support the knee cap from below.
Then， adjust the support to take up its slack when straightening your leg.
Size Chart (measure for knee circumference)
Small S - 12-13in / 31-34cm
Medium M - 13-14.5in / 34-37cm
Large L- 14.5-16in / 37-40cm
