Myotein is a concentrated source of high quality whey protein modular supplement suitable for providing extra protein to individuals with increased protein needs to meet their protein requirement from their daily diet. Consuming adequate amount of protein is critical in increasing muscle mass and strength, for faster recovery, maintenance of optimal health and function. Myotein is an instantised, fast soluble whey protein. it is cream in colour with neutral flavour, and dissolves easily and mixes instantly with foods (e.g. mashed potatoes, soups, gravies, yoghurt, oalmeal, porridge, cereal), beverages or enteral formulas. For healthy adults as supplement, 1-2 scoops of Myotein 2 times per day.
