Recommended Dosage
It is advisable to consume one 50ml bottle of our collagen drink daily to get the benefits. For first-time users, it is recommended to drink a bottle daily for six (6) consecutive days. For healthy skin maintenance, we recommend drinking a bottle of our Japanese collagen drink every two (2) days.
