Holistic Way Omega-3 Premium Fish Oil 1000mg is a naturally-sourced, safe and pure Omega-3 fatty acid that contains EPA and DHA which helps support a healthy cardiovascular system, eyes and brain health.

Ingredients

Each softgel contains:
Fish Oil (Deep Sea Cold Water Fish) (Anchovy, Sardines andMackerel ) — 1000mg,(providing EPA — 180mg, DHA — 120mg)
Natural Vitamin E (d-alpha Tocopherol) — 10 IU
Encapsulation aids.
No added wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, milk, nuts, eggs, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Dosage

1 softgel 2 times daily with meals or as directed by a physician.
