Product descriptionRecommended for the treatment of fungal and associated bacterial infections of the skin. Skin infections include athlete's foot? jock itch (dhobie itch) and intertrigo. Daktarin® is also recommended for infected nappy rash. The active ingredient? miconazole? works to destroy the fungus responsible for the skin infection? along with some of the associated bacteria which are typically present in these infections. Additionally? Daktarin® Powder is designed to help dry the skin. Daktarin® Powder can be used separately or in addition to Daktarin® Cream. This product is suitable for use in adults and children of all ages.Directions For UseWash the area to be treated and dry thoroughly. Dust the powder onto the infected area and surrounding skin. It may be used on broken skin and is particularly helpful where a drying effect is needed. The powder can also be sprinkled inside socks? shoes and clothing which are in contact with the infected area.Wash hands after use.Daktarin® Powder should be applied to the affected area once or twice daily (e.g. morning and evening).You should continue to apply the powder until lesions have fully healed.If symptoms persist? consult your doctor.
