How many should I take?

  • Children unable to chew - Pierce the capsule, squeeze the content into milk or juice and consume immediately

  • Children 2-12 years - Chew (do not swallow whole) 1 capsule once a day or as professionally prescribed

  • Children 13-17 years - Chew (do not swallow whole) 3 capsules once a day, or as professionally prescribed
