Boswellia serrata (Indian Frankincense) 180mg
Curcuma longa (Tumeric) 36mg
Zingiber officinale (Ginger) 48mg
Excipients: Maize starch, Colloidal silicon dioxide, Microcrystalline cellulose, Sodium lauryl sulphate, Polacrilin potassium
Colours: Quinoline Yellow, Brilliant Blue and Sunset Yellow
Dose: 2 tablets twice a day after meals.

Uses: Temporarily relieves aches & pains of muscles & joints associated with:

Warnings: For external use only.
Directions:
- Use only as directed
- Adults and children 12 years & older
- Massage gently into affected joints and muscles 3-4 times per day.
Do not use:
- On open wounds or damaged skin
- Beneath tightly wound bandages
- On a child under 12 years of age
- Near the eyes
Ask a doctor if:
- Skin redness or irritation develops
- Pain lasts more than 10 days
- Symptoms clear up & occur again in a few days
