You may start with lower dose of King Chlorella, and consume the caplets as one single dose or divided doses. For example, you may take 10 caplets at one time, or 5 caplets twice daily. For adults, it is recommended to take 10 caplets for health maintenance.

King Chlorella can be taken at any time of the day. For some people, they may experience the healing crisis of chlorella, especially for those with higher accumulated body toxins. The initial cleansing reaction varies according to different individuals.
