Urgo Algoplaque HP est pansement utilisé dans la technique de cicatrisation en milieu humide, à base de carboxyméthylcellulose ou CMC sous forme d'hydrocolloides, de petites particules qui forment un gel au contact des exsudats.   Pansement souple, semi occlusif, stérile, de 1mm d'épaisseur, transparent et de forme carrée.    Pansement imperméable à l'eau et aux bactéries, perméable à la vapeur d'eau, et à l'air. Grâce à son pouvoir absorbant très lent et durant plus de temps, il forme, à partir du 3ème jour de pose, au contact des exsudats, un gel humide non-adhérent. Sa transparence permet un contrôle permanent de la plaie.    Indications : Escarres, ulcères de jambe, brûlures superficielles, abrasions épidermiques.  Conseils d'utilisation : Retirer le film de protection siliconé. Appliquer sur la surface à traiter ( préalablement nettoyée au sérum physiologique et sécher ) le côté adhésif du pansement. Le pansement peut rester en place 4 à 6 jours, en fonction du stade de la plaie ( détersion, bourgeonnement, cicatrisation ). Le découpage de la plaque est possible.    Lavable, son imperméabilité autorise les douches, les bains.   Du fait de l'humidité entretenue sous le pansement, il est conseillé de ne pas l'appliquer sur des plaies infectées. L'association avec des antibiotiques locaux est déconseillée.
